Why EU only?

No Cloudflare, Fly.io, Railway, Tailscale, AWS, or GCP anywhere on the path. Workloads run on Hetzner (Germany); DNS and CDN via Bunny (Slovenia); private VPN via Netbird (Germany). No US cloud exposure, no GDPR-adjacent data-transfer gymnastics.
